is this program geared to as many cals as one can consume or more with 2xbodyweight in protein or is it geared more towards overall protein intake?
there might be meals where i might consume 2 cans of tuna for example with no carbs & maybe a small protein shake with virgin olive oil inside. is that fine or are carbs more an important factor than is lead on here(seems like protein protein protein)
