well folks, I officially lost an excersise and its been about a month since i started this program. It felt different going into the gym today, still wiping the crust from eye thinking shit chest/tris/shoulders/back width/thickness here we go ! Felt strong on chest no prob then off to tris for a couple of dips.
First set bodyweight of about 230lbs for 12, 8. Wrapped the belt and added a 45lbs plate thinking shit, Im gonna own you bitch, got up did 9 then 3 and need 2-3 more to beat the last set. Got my form on check for the last set went down and couldnt get back up !! WTF !! yelling off the top of my lungs "Get up bitch, Get up !!" stayed at about shoulder level for a couple of seconds and jumped off for the sake avoiding an injury. DAMMITT !! sorry guys just ranting .. :angry:
