  • one year, two inches!

    Hello fello DCs

Im RKP, just started DC training. With regards to training I have a few goals

Surpass my brother in terms of size, just be as big as i can naturally get, but I also really want arms as big as my age.... I turned 19 ystday, and have just over 17" arms. Is it fesiable in JUST under one yr to add 2 inches onto my arms, provided Im 100% dedicated to DC training and diet? :showoff:

With the crazy gains I've heard of from his training, anything is possible. Just remember everything's got to be 100%! diet and training.

        (DC on tpc's account)

Its possible but its probably going to take a 40lb gain in bodyweight to do it. If your 200lbs right now or so with 17 inch guns there is no way they are going to be 19 inches at 205lbs. Your most likely going to have to be 230-250lbs to get there and yes its entirely possible

I am 17 and started at 150lbs....200 now....upper arms were in the area of 13" cold when starting....now a little over 17" cold...of course newbie gains play a factor...but I would say it's entirely possible!

I hope you reach your goals!

When you guys say cold does that mean your arm is unflexed? Just wondering mine is about 141/2 unflexed and 161/2 flexed.
