Yesterday was a great attitude booster for me I reached one of my goals that Ive had for a couple months to use 4 plates (405) on squats. This is how it went

I just had it in my head this workout that I was going to do it even though after the first set with 315 I didnt feel up to it but after I rested I steped up and got it done. Both sets went up 40lbs from last time I did squat (LT 8X275, 4x365).
