1. Is your protein intake just as high on off days, if you are training M W F? What about your carb and fat intake?
2. As far as vitamins and minerals, does he advocate doing anything special other than taking a multi once or twice a day?
3. Are carbs and fats considered important in this program, or is it just emphasized on protein? If they are, are specific kinds prefered and certain amounts? Are too many simple carbs and fatty fats detremental to this program? (its real cheap n easy to put down 4 mcdonalds dbl burgers for 120g protein, but it also has a lot of fat and simple carbs in there) If it matters, i dont put on fat hardly at all no matter how shitty i eat. I was measured today at 8% and all iv eaten latly is cookies and mcdonalds with occasional burger king haha.
4. Are you eating every like 2 hours, or are you eating huge meals every 3-4?
One off the subject question, will cardio be detremental or is it considered helpful? I dont NEED it cause i am pretty lean yr round no matter what i eat. I am just curious if DC feels it helps you grow at all, or if it just hurts by cuttin into your calories.
