Today was my seventh workout under the DC routine, so it's the first time I've had to repeat exercises and "beat" my log book.
Simply put, I raped the shit out of my log book, it was fantastic.

So far this program has been going great, and today just affirmed my beleif. I know after 7 weeks I'm still a NOOBIE but things are looking up.
