Rick during your cruise I believe you really do not have a set workout style. It is your time to play around and find new exercises that you are going to use during your next blast.

Yes your diet does change just one small bit you reduce your meals by one. So ex instead of eating 6 meals everyday you now only eat 5 meals. You will see your self starting to lean out some too.

    good luck with the program

You can do what ever you want to do during a cruise period, there is no set routine for you to do. This is your down time to give your body a rest and your stomach a rest from the blast. DC has said before in a post if you do not feel like lifting then you don't have to. I you get a chance read CYCLES FOR PENNIES, it will lay it out for you.

This is a comfortable lifting and feeding time, I still keep the muscle groups the same I just did different exercises to see what I might like to pickup for the new blast. You are lifting at 85-90% of your normal weights here. When you hit your 15 rep is should be tough but not life threatening, you could do 1 or 2 more reps but you don't.

You are just giving your joints, stomach and mind a break here, so when you start the next blast you will be fresh and ready to go. If you need to miss one workout that is fine, maybe you want to lift only two times one week, ok.

You drop one meal per day and have some fun in the gym.

You still do your stretches, just cut the weight by a 1/3 to 1/2.

You are maintaining the mass and losing some water and some fat here.

Wait til that 7-10 days into that cruise and tell me what you see before your eyes...

I got to mess around in a power rack figuring out low angle inclines, needless to say, couldn't figure it out. Smythe is going to get some inclines I guess.

Khan, Damn man, sorry to hear that, so the Smythe will be fine.

Was it the positioning of the hooks on the cage that got in the way?...
