  • Few questions. . .

    I wanna know if this is against dogcrapp training method rules
    Using MWF split.

    Calves taken out of regular split, and hit abs and calves tuesday thursday and saturday. Also some walking cardio on random off days.

    TooPowerful4u, Here is what I do, this works for me, if I have to wait for a piece of equipment to be cleared, I do abs.

    If the the workouts go fine, then on off workout days I do 30 minutes cardio, I will also do abs. I do cardio 4 times per week at 30 minutes.

    Walking is fine for your cardio, hell its better than being bored at the gym.

    Keep calves with the program so you get your 5 exercises per workout...
