  • Minimal Equipment

I have been offered a new position in rural Australia.
    Which means no gym nearby.
I'd like to continue following DC training but concerned about lack of equipment/exercise selection.
I'm looking at buying a power rack with lat/row cable attachment, various bb's (ezi, oly etc), db's, heaps of plates & bench with leg curl/ext'n attachment.
    Would this be enough?
