Few Things bro.
1) Don't do chinups, Do Rack Chins or some other machine that has progressive weight advancement that you can destroy.
2) Don't flat bench, Try doing low inclines on the smythe, hammer machines if you have them , etc..
3) Again on military's , if possible, use the smythe machine. I love nautilus shoulder presses too, I can absolutely destroy that thing, same with hammer shoulder presses.
4) Do Not rest pause your Deadlifts!
5) Dump the Cable anything! except for reverse cable curls. No cable extensions for tri's, do close grip and reverse grip on the smythe, lying skullcrushers.
And Most importantly bro, This has all been covered before. You should have read, re-read and read again the above sticky and all the information on this board, all the problems you have with your routine have been covered before and a little seraching and reading on your own you could have figured this out.
Not to come down on you or anything, I just think everyone needs to spend due time ready the stickies and the CFP thread, as alot of us who even train personally with DC did before.
With that said, this routine will change your physique. How is your eating?TRUEPROTEIN.COM

Diet is good
i eat about 4 or 5 meals a day, 6 egg whites in the morning with 2 packets of oatmeal, post workout protein shake, then i eat a high calorie meal like a philly cheesesteak or Chipotle an hour after, then a chicken breast with wheat pasta, then another chicken breast with wheat pasta, then a protein shake at night, with a few glasses of milk in thorughout the day, no sodasThe name is Richard not Rick

1.) what the hell are rack chins? You talking about the gravitron type machines? Yeah, they work well....or simply chin ups or pulldowns....either works great for widening the lats.
2.) don't flat bench? why the hell not? I do flat bench every workout either with BB or DBs because I can do the most weight with flat benching. I disagree completely. Inclines, declines are great too...do them ALL.
3.) Why not use the BB for military presses? I think you need to have variety in your workouts so BB, DBs, Smith Machine....use them ALL.
4.) Cable extensions work well. I disagree that you should not do any cable exercises. Use the free weights too...why not get some variety? I always try and hit the tris with an overhead movement, a pushdown movement, and a dipping movement...EVERY workout.
Not to diss you or anything, but who are you to discredit these exercises? They work well, pros use them, I use them. My advice to Rick85 is to train hard with as much variety as possible. If that means using cables, doing chin ups or doing flat benches, do it.

Rick85, We are pretty cool here, and we don't put people down unless they come in and start talking shit about this program.
I am glad you decided to take on this program, it will change the way you think about lifting for ever.
You are on the right track and if you need help just ask away, just read everything you can, and take care...Last edited by In-Human; 04-23-2004, 02:43 AM.
