still really impressed with dc training and body weight still climbing rapidly,i am doing my best from all the info i can get to follow to the letter.
todays workout unfortunatly was a disaster,i train very early a.m.after my bicep/forearm sets i was called to an emergency,making me call my workout short(i was really looking forward to squats,lol)
my question:can i return this evening to finish up or best to just continue as normal on thursday(workout 1)?
