  • todays training?

    still really impressed with dc training and body weight still climbing rapidly,i am doing my best from all the info i can get to follow to the letter.

    todays workout unfortunatly was a disaster,i train very early a.m.after my bicep/forearm sets i was called to an emergency,making me call my workout short(i was really looking forward to squats,lol)
    my question:can i return this evening to finish up or best to just continue as normal on thursday(workout 1)?

    in my opinion, just continue on as normal, that is what I would do, but let's see what everyone else thinks.

        The best part of that workout is for me the squats--for me I would HAVE TO get back in the power rack and a do a 20 rep squat--could not go back to bed knowing I didnt do my squats on squat day.

          digital, Damn man, you get your ass back in there and finish it up, you need to get each group 2 times in 8 days with days completely off...

              in human,you posted as i did.for sure i will do excatly that!!!!!

              was just concerned about stressing the cns twice in one day,ok ok now that i think about it dumbell curls arent the most hardcore excersise,LOL
