  • powerhooks good idea?

    Does anyone here use or know whats up on those powerhooks, I could use a little advice on them. when i go to do dumbell benchpress as i roll back with the wieghts i here my back crack all the way down, wake up with back problems, any advice out there?

    dam i know you told me but that just sounds bad.. i personally never used them or know anyone who has... my guess is when your rolling back ,, maybe you should try inclines instead ?

        I have powerhooks and I like them a lot. As far as dumbell press, I'm not sure what you are asking. you just hang the hooks from the bar and take them off when you are flat on your back. There shouldn' t be any rolling back. I don't know if this was helpful, I still may not be sure about what you are saying.

                powerhooks.com they were like 60 bucks total. I think you can return them for a full refund if you don't like them. but, I like them and recommend them.
