    Hey people, I had posted this on Muscle Mayhem and thought it belongs here as well. These are just my personal views.


    "I understand what Raul is saying. I also think it's a shame that he feels that way. I was going to go thru this thread to count how many times the guys have posted the link to Cycles for Pennies BUT THEN AGAIN, WHY SHOULD I, lol.

    Try an internet search on his name Dogg Crapp, DC, etc.
    Think some things through ahead of time. Try to find the answers in this thread and others.
    Or.......contact DC himself for training and eating advice. I contacted Dc myself, because I believed in his principles. It makes sense to me. I trained short, high intensity training and made some progress. The gains came to a standstill for me and I had nowhere to go training wise.
    Here I am, after a very long time of working out with little to show for it. I've done every "volume" type of routine you could think of. Twice a day, supersets, pre-exhaust, post-exhaust, dropsets, etc., etc. I've done all the weightlifting techniques (or so I thought). Now, I'm not saying other programs aren't effective. Some are, some aren't.

    A lot of programs "may" be effective for people. But I see this training/lifestyle as the best that I've come across, personally speaking of course. But then again, I like pain. Some say pain is weakness leaving the body. I realize that for any program to work, you have to give it your all. You can't half-ass things and expect miracles. I'm not expecting miracles. I know I will get out of it exactly what I put in to it.

    Sorry for ranting! But I've spent a lifetime in my quest for a "regime" to give me a fair shot at the title. I know my eating is going to have to be spot on. I know when I feel like racking the weights, at that point is where my drive is going to kick in. "No one can do it all for us, can they?"

    im sorry jim , i didnt read everything i just scammed thru it real quick,, oh can you tell me where the cfp thread is ? lol.. good post bro,, ill admit i really dont visit mayhem anymore, i spent my time reading here and cfp.. i too have tried all types of routines, etc etc but ive never been so eager till i found dc training.

      jimpaul, See now that is the whole thing here, this program is meant for when you have exhausted every other kind of training there is and you are stuck as I was and needed some serious help.

      This program is not for everyone, I understand people want to have knowledge of new programs, but this ain't no ordinary program to just take up and go with it. It needs constant attention and eating to get the most out of it.

      I actually tell some people that PM me, this program is not for you, put in some dues and come back when you are frustrated and need some help.

      I think for the most part the majority of trainees have what it takes to get the most out of this program if they are willing to put in 110% every day, not only for the feeding but the training aspects of this very tough program...

                    I'm new here, been lurking for a week. I stumbled upon DC at bb.com, it's easy to spot someone who knows what they're doing over there, there're so few.

                    Thanks for the links, before I bother you guys or DC I'm reading everything I can find. So thanks for all the links. After I wade through that 50 pages over at Mayhem I hope my questions will be answered.
