  • Onboard with DC's Program

I did my first workout today after roughly a week of research and planning. It went great, however very humbling. I've been following Dorian's Training Principles for the last 10 years and had no problem adjusting to DC's methods, though I've never worked Back with Chest before, and my damn Back never saw it coming. The workout took me 70 minutes and I'm confident I can get that back under 60 minutes with some time.

Thanks DC for the great info and constant feedback,

    Chuck

I am very sore this morning. I think I'll spend the day just eating

Yesterday was my 2nd workout using dc,s methods--i went for the rest pause on most of the exercises--the strecthing was a new thing for me and was really hard--i did ea strecth exercise until i could not hold it any longer--no way was i able to do 50 to 60 seconds--anyway,today i am BEAT--I LOVE IT-- the problem for me will be the eating--oh well--at least my traing will get better. At m age im not trying to be a professional bb--just to progress.
