  • DCs view on Green Tea?

I have been looking at some posts and DC lists it as a supp to take, i have a few questions...
    1. What exactly is it for? muscle gain, fat loss
    2. Should it be taken all the time(on and off juice)?
    3. How much should i take?
    4. Is he talking about the extract or the actual tea?
    thanks bros

    hi rick85,

i personally use it for health benefits(the tea at 3-4 cups a day),it does have a positive effect on fat loss(thermagenesis) and i use it off or on cycle.i am sure there are other reasons dc recommends useing it as well.

It's been talked about numerous times on here, drink it, all the time, up to a gallon a day. The benefits are innumerable. It's a valuable tool in your aresenal, drink it, everyday.

Green tea is great....and instead of using sugar or aspartame to sweeten it just use Stevia.(an herb 300times sweeter than sugar w/o the harmful effects).

Re: DCs view on Green Tea?

                  1. It's for both. By drinking green tea you raise your body's temperature and that speed up digestion, reduces edema, and your overal metabolic rate (when drinking everyday). When you're massing up with loads of food it help to get the food in, digested and stored or used quicking and properly.

                  2. All the time. Even though I take some time off and drink some crystal light, it should still be consumed.

                  3. I've gone 3 litres a day. It should be to your comfort level but realist at least 1.5-3 litres a day.

                  4. Green Tea ..not any other flavored tea would be the same because the green tea extract has many health benefits which you can do a search on....but really most are interested in the bodybuilding benefits.

Dante could touch up if I've missed anything.

I don't use any sweetner. I actually like the tea plain. I just thing about the health benefits and my brain makes it think it tastes good.
