I've decided to get back to original DC routine after years of other HIT...I'm wondering how everyone feels about doing 1 windowmaker set for each lagging bodypart or area of any bodypart in addition to the normal rest-pause main set?

I have done it and it's brutal. However, if you do it too long, you will struggle to keep recovery maximized.
It also depends on how much intensity you can generate. I have been training for a very long time so my ability to take a set further is leaps and bounds above what I could do after only training for 5 years or so.
