  • Extreme Stretches / DC Training

Where do I find these manuals or instructions for this type of training? Are they in this forum and I'm blind or do you have to actually be one of DC's clients in order to get this info? Also, and excuse me for being a newbie, but in what ways does this differ from Mentzer's HIT?

Sean, here's where the info is located. We all have read it a bunch of times and still do. It's long but well worth the read.
    Here's the link.

I'm from the HD/HIT school of thinking and it is different in a number of ways. Read that thread, but don't try to post there. Good luck!

SeanC1123, Mentzer's came up with the rest/pause theory, but he did take up to 10 days off inbetween workouts.

This program has rest/pause, statics and extreme stretching, so trust me, it is like no other program out there today.

I won't even mention the diet, it has its own theory right there.

Give it a try after you have read everything you can find on DC's program, it will be time very well spent...

Sean --not trying to be an ass or anything but I put alot of info out there for free but I get really really detailed with the people who pay me to train them -- with what I have them doing with the whole program. Ive been able to share alot of the basics of the training, supps, super supps, stretching with everyone but with diet, Ive never been able to get vague with it because I keep writing and writing and end up deleting it because it gets so long. I have to save most of the diet stuff for my trainees otherwise I feel Im ripping them off by giving away stuff for free that they paid for. Most of my diet writeups printout anywhere from 8 to 18 pages--its just alot of stuff thrown at someone. Also unlike most of the other facets of my methods, I have to tune the diet toward the individual....I cannot have an obese 300lb guy who has 185lbs of lean muscle under there eating like a 200lb guy who has 175lbs of lean muscle under there. Some of my larger trainees diets are very similiar (275 to 360lbs) and usually start out like Inhumans diet did "Ok I need you to buy a dumptruck, a chainsaw, a shovel, and a herd of cattle......."

I'll give you a herd of prized cattle for your diet.
                J/K
It wouldn't help me anyway as I'm only about 1/2 your size.

In-Human I like your style.Just to re-iterate what Dante's said before about diets and as a 300lber myself I can't emphasize strongly enough to guys just how much food you're gonna have to shovel down to get up to this kind of weight. The training's the easy part...nothing worse than being stuffed and having a big ol' plate of food in front of you that you HAVE to finish off.I know you guys know what I mean

babygetoboy, You know thats kinda funny, because I am so used to eating for 10 people, when July 1st rolls around and I have to start slowing down on the food intake for the show in December, I don't know what the hell I'm going to do, I'm kinda scared, I love being a human blast furnace eating machine.

I don't know if I can ever try to eat like a normal person, let alone just 1 normal person, geez...

babygetoboy, I got one for you, the butcher at the local Stater Brothers Market is real cool, he knows me pretty good, hell I even dated his daughter, but he still said no deals, anyway, the London Broil steaks are usually 2 1/2 to 3 lbs each, these suckers are big.

So I was in there one day, and he even calls me In-Human, and says, "Boy do I have a steak for you", this thing was 5 1/2 pounds of London Broil, you know me, I said, "I'll take two", he laughed. At least I had one very huge steak for dinner, ok it took two sittings to finish it...
