I've been following DC's training protocol for 4+ months.
Training on Tues & Fri using the 2 way split because I have crap recovery & a hectic job.
I use RP for blast periods & straight sets for cruising and also use the statics & extreme stretching.
It took some trial & error to find the sweet spot & this schedule seems to be it because strength/mass gains have been good.

What supplements do you recommend for a natural trainee to get the most out of DC training?
I'm currently taking the following every day:
2x mulit-vitamin
4g vitamin C
400iu vitamin E
vitamin B-complex
glucosamine
300-600mg R-ALA
3g ALCAR
3.6g Green Tea extract
6g Fish Oil
Post-workout - 100g dextrose/maltodextrin+50g protein+10g creatine
Is there anything which I should add?

FYI - Diet
All meals are either protein/fat or protein/carbs.
Protein is @ 1.75g x bodyweight.
Carbs & Fats are moderate.
