  • Splitting up DC training (2-a-days)

    Just a thought but, what do you think of splitting up the training sessions to be able to get 2 post cycle meals in per day. For example still stick to the M-W-F plan but do something like this:

    Mon:am- Chest/Delt/Tri
    pm- Back width/back thickness

    Wed:am- Bi's/forearms/calves
    pm- quads/hams

    etc....

    Whats your opinions?

    Cookie_Head, Sorry man, I ain't DC, but I don't like it. If you work your ass off, you will not return for the second workout, when you get done you are done for at least 48 hours...

      In-Human: Im with you on this one I just wanted to see what you thought about it.

      It may be a good idea though for pre-contest. ????

        Never really considered it---if you try it out let us know---Im pretty thrashed after workouts so I dont know if I would be able to do it--but I guess someone who has a very hectic schedule could consider it
