  • Leg Cramps

I have an anoying situation that has gone on for years....I occasionally get leg cramps-calves especially, quads and hams too sometimes. My upper body never cramps. Unless I am twisting to do a glute inj. lol. Cramp in my side then.
My nutritional status is on the money-no deficiencies detected by MSA or blood work, and I use an awesome mineral-vitamin sup.

Anybody wanna take a shot at this?

Even though I technically don't have any deficiencies I will supplement extra Taurine and magnesium to give your advice a shot. I drink at least 2 gallons of water per day....

I will give it 2-3 weeks and get back to ya. Thanks for the reply DC

yeah, I have thought about the potassium....I eat a fair amount of baked taters and bananas....but I will add some extra potASSium to the mix and give it a try for a few weeks.
The cramps only occur for about a 48 hour period after training legs.
Weird that my upper body doesn't cramp.
          Thanks Randy...
