  • My potentail problem I see with DC program..,

    Ive been doing so much reading about dc ,s program and it really gets me going--hope ful--the streching ive never done--so thats looks good cause hopefully my body would respond to it cause its a first time and i usally respond well to new things--the training,well i,m slowly incorporating it-ive been really dedicated these past 2 months to doing a 20rep squat routine and even though after doing about 15 --16 reps i,m almost puking I still ,even though i,m having a heart attack,get the last 3 reps out--so i love brutality when it comes to lifting-the problem for me is the eating--Im 50 and eating is always a tough thing--i mean eating to get HUGE--im 6' 230--so i do eat--but with this brutal program i see i have to eat twice as much and at my age ,the amount i eat now,I would stay in a catabolic state-- i do 3 shakes a day--but i know id have to eat a ton of more food--thats where the total committment comes in--thats a 24/7 thing--I dont know--im just rambling--trying to get closer to committing myself to this program--I figure at my age i got 1 chance left to finally get huge---thanks for letting me ramble--tugs

    tugs, That what seperates us from the people that can do this program and the people that can't.

    I tell everyone that this program is 100% training and 100% eating, they both are very important to getting the most mass out of this program.

    So if you want to get big, you must lift big and eat big...

      1: Congrats on trying to take on this program @ 50 and still wanting to get huge.

      2: Like in-human said this program is 100% training and 100% diet.

      So if you want to get to that massive size that you are so desiring for you, you must consume a grocery store worth of food, as in human owns his store (joke), to keep you out of a catabolic state.
