  • Some questions about stretching...

    I am having hard time understanding these, i would apreciate if you could explain it to me better, specialy the shoulders one.


    Chest

    DO they look like doin flys? except you hold on the bottom?


    Quads

    Whats a sissy squat?
    I did this one and my knees were hurting very bad, Do u place the bar right on top of the knee or do u put on mid-quad ?

          i found that one, but the quad and tricep ones are dif than the ones DC explains?

              Bullfx, the tricep stretch is a one arm behind the head tricep extension style stretch held for a minute. After getting into position, within say the first 10 seconds or so and are comfortable into it, you may want to push the db down slightly further with the back of you head, trying to get further into the stretch.

              The quad stretch is like a sissy squat, but not up and down as you would do as the exercise. Just get into the bottom position and stay there and stretch. Pushing the knees forward while laying back more will give you a further stretch, of course holding that for a minute directly after your thigh set(s).
