I recall In-human saying that they dont train Abs at all since they get enough indirect stimulation. But I also read that DC says to do a straight set in the 15-30 rep range.
ballz 2da wallz, Wait a minute, I don't think I ever said that, I do abs if I am waiting for a piece of equipment to be cleared. Or I do them every non-workout day after cardio...
Guys again its by choice on that one....half the time I skip training abs anyway--Ive never seen anyone train incredibly heavy in his regular training who dieted down for a show and didnt have thick deep abs. Trust me if your using some of the weights that I want you to be using in a couple years--your abs are going to be thick training them or not
