Heres some pics of JonnyO at 198 at his last show in 2003. He is right at 6 feet tall. Ive been working with Jonny since December when he was at his usual high of 220lbs offseason. Its been a little over 4 months and he is now at a hard 254lbs and still in rapid muscle accumalation mode and going upward. He looks great now but we arent ready to unveil the new Jonny just yet. Im trying my hardest to take him from the lightheavy class and then skip the Heavies entirely and put him in the superheavies so you all might have a huge surprise in some coming months with new pics when we finish this project. We are pushing hard for 265lbs and then after that up thru the 270's and I would like to see him 280-285lbs....so your seeing the before Jonny pics right now (remember he is almost 60lbs larger today)...Im tremendously proud of his progress so far as he has done everything to the letter. I like pressure and I like shocking people so the pressure is on for Jonny and I to freak you guys out with the next set of pics coming down the road. The Skipmaster will take him into his next show--trying to hand him off to you extra large and scary Skip. Here he is in the middle

Ohhhh.... JonnyO .... I will sit back and wait on ya, bro. If you take that frame, add that much mass in the right places and we dial you in.... oh boy, it will be good.
DC - stack it on, bro, as you always do.
*Skip licks his pencil lead and jots down "JonnyO" for the early part of 2005*

Jonny no doubt has the frame to hold 280 to 285lbs. With his tiny joints at the top end he is going to look awesome. Twenty five to thirty more lbs Jonny, thats all im asking. We already got 35lbs in about 4.5 months, it will slow down now but I think if we can keep pace by January of 2005 (9 more months or so to get the last 25-30) we would be right there (65lbs gained in one year--that would be an awesome accomplishment)--throw away whatever clothes you loved though thats for sureIG is
