    Ok thats it, waiting is over for me, im ready to BUlk the fuck up and do DC's routine, i will do it Exactly as he says it in his article, and follow every single advice...

    I have faith in this routine, Going to bulk for 8 wks, and then cut for 4 wks, I am doin this because i am entering a competetion for the most amazing body transfer in the peroid of 12 wks... So in the next 12 wks i gota add some serious Size on and still look Ok ( 10-12 % bf) to be able to show my pictures.


    Right now im about 11-12 % bf, will go as high as 15% if i have 2 but no more thanthat, weight is 182,

    first 8 wks goal is to hit 200lbs 14%
    next 4 wks goal is to hit 190lbs 10-12%

    Question : Do do You think these are realistic and acheivable goals?

    In other words do u think i can put on 15-20lbs on If i do every thing right, eat good, sleep 10 hours, and use my suppersupplements


    Now its time to see how much a good traing routineeffect my gains...

    I would think you would need to diet more than 4 weeks to be lean. Anyone else?

          YES sorry for the confusion, See its not a bb competition that i have to be at 6% bf... Its just an online event where they give prices to the person who has the Most daramatic body transformation from now till july 12...

          So i figured im at 11-12 now, if i add some weight i should be able to go down 3% in bf in 4 wks... What do you think?

              Here is my cycle plan... feel free to give me your opinion on it, thanks guys!

              PHASE I:

              1-4 100mg of Drols
              4-8 40mg of russian dbols
              1-8 800mg of EPC / wk by GARD ( 200enth, 200 cyp, 100prop)
              1-12 EQ 600mg / ek ( not sure if i should do this )


              PHASE II:

              8-12 100mg of prop ed
              8-12 50mg of tren ed
              10-12 50mg of winny ed

              ----- supplements----
              8-12 YNCA caps 2 ed 75
              8-12 Dinoprost-Gel Transdermal 120
              ala

                i hope your liver is in good shape, because it is going to give you the finger after 100mg/day for 4 weeks of drol, then switch to dbol, then win, ouch. drop the dbol my friend unless you like pissing brown chucks.

                i can see what type of transformation you are doing. if you are already pretty lean, you should be alright, because you don't really need to have it dialed in with paper thin skin, etc.

                  Ya bro thats what i was worried i first had it 1-3 100mg drol 3-6 50mg dbol... but some one suggested to go 1-4, 4-8 with the orals

                  Reason behind that is i really like drol ( gives me great strength, gains) and i have 500 dbols for few months waiting for me to try them lol... im plannin on doin a liver/kidney test this week.. do you think ill be ok if the results come in good?
