My left biceps is quite a bit smaller then my right biceps, what can I do about it? Thanks.

hello my brotha, You are not the only person to suffer from this little ditty. I'm involved in the fight game and I've noticed that most fighters have that same thing such as most right handed fighters have larger left arms than right because of the use of the jabs and hooks that are primary weapons and are the most used in training and fighting. however that is not an indication of more strength just more use. I would if you would allow me to suggest that you simply do more reps with the same weight on that arm. Also dynamic tension excerises really do work if done consistanly and correctly and are used to pin point the muscle group and work it to the point of burn out. I've heard that lifting heavier on hard to respond muscle groups works but I do not have experience to back up those claims. Good Luck and Good Health

Allready do that for a long time, has little effect.

Blade these guys gave you good advice. The best you can do is try to get intensity up in that side by starting all dumbbell work with the weaker side first and also using your left arm more throughout your day. Hopefully it will catch up! Good luck!

Simply put just keep bombing away here and hope for the best. My right quad is smaller than my left, my left tricep isnt as full as my right, many people have anomalies like this--just keep pounding away and see what happens over time.....hell babygetoboy has 7 testicles
