  • Another of my trainees;f=15;t=12103;

    5'6 263 offseason. He was 5'6 240 in January at a higher bodyfat percentage when I started training him--so we gained 23llbs and lost some bodyfat in 3 months......Watch what the Skipmaster flash does with this guy as the countdown has started and Skip is taking him into his show.....someone call the freak patrol!

    Im going to see if some of my other trainees will let me post some of their pics. Most wont--and I understand that--hell I hate offseason pics of myself up on the net....unless you take a pic standing next to someone of normal size, offseason pics really dont show the true picture of whats going on

      Great work again DC, amazing. I kinda like the offseasons pics myself! Big is always better! I'm jealous!

            DC failed to mention that he has put something like 23 pounds on him since January AND has brought his bodyfat down a bit at the same time. He isn't big on tooting his own horn so I will gladly do it for him. You know, I hear guys talking about DC and how great he is with adding mass and all that stuff but I seriously think that most all of these same guys, unless they are or were clients of his, really can't comprehend fully what this guy can do and the extent of his knowledge. Alot of the things he has accomplished with guys is incomprehensible - it would make someone that didn't know his rep, question the validity of the accomplishments made by his clients.

            DC, you keep turning the mass out and I will keep peeling em down.

              Skip, You know its funny, when I started this program people in my gym know what kind of guy I am, I didn't make up my board name it was given to me at the gym.

              I would lift for 3 or 4 hours everyday, I have went 28 days in a row without a break, dumb huh.

              Now when I started with DC little over 12 weeks ago gym members thought I was nuts, you are only doing 5 exercises per workout and 15 exercises per week, what is wrong with you.

              Now I gained 20 lbs in those 12 weeks and now they will not leave me alone, they want to pay me just to lift with me, kinda cool, but it gets in my way of what needs to be done here.

              Like DC has said its tough to de-brainwash what the rags have said is god when it comes to adding mass...

                DC seems to surround us with freaks, he has Silverfreak, babygetofreak, Chrisfreak250 which should be 290, I thought this has to be the way to go, so lets go...

                      I've seen that guy in my gym. He's a girly man! He does one set of rest-pause incline curls and he's done his bicep workout. Even though everyone else does a dozen sets with smaller biceps doesn't mean doing one set is better.

                        LOL No seriously...thanks for the props again. I sometimes don't want to post my pics because some might think I'm trying to show off. Really I want to deservingly market Dante's training and soon Skip's prep. Also some like to see the progress. I know it motivates me to see guys like Chris250, Hoss and BigD post pics.

                        The only thing that I really tweaked is doing 2 exercises (1 rest pause and 1 cable or machine movement (2 sets)) for chest, triceps and shoulders. The reason was that I am not hitting them twice a week anymore. I split my body into 3 workouts.
