    Hell yeah!

    Well after a few initial questionnaires, background check, blood check, breathalizer, and complete and thorough physical i have been accepted by Doggcrapp to get trained by him!!!well....maybe all i had to do was some questionnaires, but still, i am so damned stoked!

    I don't start training until June because i need to get my ass back in america first before i start training, but when things get underway, it is going to be a freak fest.


    So BGB, In-Human, Raul, and all the others that have/are being trained by DC, i would love to pick your brain's as well when i start training, and hopefully get some feedback from you now and answer a few questions i have, Rock the fuck on!

    I'm too stoked.

        I'm dying to get started with him. i have been doing this program, but i want to get inside his head, i want to suck every ounce of knowledge out of him. i have some high goals, and i am at a great age to put on some weight (21). i have never used super supps, so the gains should be coming pretty swiftly i hope.

        but remember BGB, i'll have a BUTTLOAD of questions for you as well. i understand that all of his trainees are individual and different, but i am still going to bombard you with questions if that is cool.

            OH DAG! so it seems that we both found DC at the prime times right?

            alright, warm up, parlor questions......

            1) when you do squats, and you do you 8 rep of whatever for me it is 505, how long do you wait until you knock out your 20 repper (for me its 385)? i usually just unrack the weights and go for it.

            2) do you do that back thickness exercise in the power rack where you "drag" the weight up the front posts of the power rack and end in a shoulder's back deadlift ending stance? it is a modified rack deadlift, but DC talked about it on another board and wanted to know if you have experienced it.

            3) how long does it take you to top out biceps exercises? i am at 7 weeks and i see my biceps exercises being soon here.....

            4) when do you know to do a heavy 20 rep set as opposed to a 50 rep set on leg press, do you just "know"? or is it all subjective to your individual training?

            a few quick ones for ya....thanks!!

              ARE YOU DOING THESE SQUATS ASS TO THE GROUND???? IF YOU ARE THEN MY GOD, YOU ARE A GENETIC FREAK, BUT IF YOUR NOT (WHICH I'M GUESSING) DROP THE WEIGHT WITH YOUR EGO AND DO CONTROLLED ASS TO THE GRASS SQUATS

              I HAVEN'T DONE THAT BACK EXERCISE YET, BUT I'M THINKING OF MAYBE ADDING IT IN THIS BLAST, BUT PROBABLY NOT

              IT DEPENDS ON THE PERSON, I STILL HAVEN'T TOPPED OUT ON ANY OF MY BICEP EXERCISES, AND AT 7 WEEKS ANWAYS YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING TO GO INTO A CRUISE

              I ALWAYS DO A HEAVY 4-8 REP SET, THEN A 20 REP SET, EVERYTIME, AND MY LEGS HAVE EXPLODED.

                Shivan, Just remember the freak, I mean babygetoboy, that guy can add some weight, he recently added a small person to his frame, so be very careful of him.

                Now me for instance, I am just a real small guy with no arms and quads, I can not eat for shit, but what the hell I will try to help you if I can, hehe...

                  Shivan, I have had that problem lately, been topping out on to many exercises, the gym owner does not like to see me anymore, because I chew his ass out for not getting 100 lb plates and these damn Hammer Machines can only handle 6, 45s per side, most only 5 per side.

                  DC and Raul we always talk about different exercises when these problems arise, thank god for the cruise period to check for new exercises for the blast period...

                    okay, first off, let me just say a few things...

                    1) In-human....BULLSHIT! i laid the card down dammit. no legs, no arms, cant' eat.....pure and utter crap. but hey, if you actually see these flaws in yourself then you have high high standards, and i commend you on that. and if not, and you are just screwing with me then.....i will have my revenge! lol but seriously, thanks for the reply.

                    2) BGB, okay, you see, your response was exactly what i wanted to hear. i didnt' know how much was a lot of weight, i only know how much I CAN DO. i don't know other's progress, so when i say i do deep squats with 385 and you say i am a freak, then hell, that is great. but i assure you my friend, that i do do squats to about an inch below parallel (i like to think of myself as a catcher in baseball when i am at the bottom of the movement). but that is exactly the response that i wanted because i don't know what is good or not. frankly it doesn't bother me, because i only really care if the weights go up, but that is the response i am looking for. but still the question remains....how much time do you spend between the 4-8 set and the 20 rep set?

                    3) Raul, thank you for the kindness, i have added the names on my respected instant messaging platforms.

                    okay, one more quick question. i am not doing a "blast, cruise," so when should i do a cruise??? i am at 7 1/2 weeks on the program. should i just do a cruise when i feel like it or what?

                      Shivan, The cruise is totally up to you, DC knows when its time, but it is up to you, depending on you being clean or not, can also have a little bearing, the time goes anywhere from 4-12 weeks, I hit my first cruise in the 8th week, and I needed it bad, I was afraid that DC was going to e-mail one day and say, "Its time for your cruise", he actually answered one of my questions and then he said, "You should be ready for a cruise, let me know when you are ready". Let me tell you, I was ready right then and there, my joints, stomach and mind nneded the break, ok I lied, my stomach did not, anyway it was nice to take a break from the r/p, statics and very slow negatives.

                      It was a great change to have a little fun in the gym and try new stuff, to see if any exercises needed to be changed due to being topped out or just wasn't working for me. You will appreciate the change and then you will be wanting to get back to blasting asap...

                          i actually just put your name in my aim buddy list as well as sent you a PM! thanks for the quick reply as well.

                          i am natural as is, so i wasn't sure when the cruise was to come because of that. i haven't had a mental breakdown or anything like that yet, still going strong. but i understand what you are saying, sometimes you just need a break.
