Hey whats up poeple... Ok ok, i have had enough hearing about people having crazy gains from DC's methods... I give up.. i gota give this an honest try and see if it works for me or not...
Currently i am dieting and tryin to loss fat slowly with good diet and cardio routine, im doin only 150mg of prop eod.
===> Now if i wana try this routine, do u think its ok to start it now or shoud i wait till i start bulking again??
In other words when cutting/bulking u still do the same thing right? i just dont wana be disapointed from the gains due to the fact that i am dieting... however i am lossing fat at a very slow rate my strength is actually going up now...
===> I know its better to have a workout partner to do his routine, but i dont thikn my partners wana give this a try... My plan is to do it by myself and put some serious size on and show them that it works ... do most of u guys train alone or with partner? how much does it effect ur gains??
