          good workout, i had a shitty squat workout on saturday and did a lot of volume to counter my poor strength and my legs are killing me! I did a bruno leg workout witha million sets

            worked upto 765 x 6 then the plates started falling off and i called it quits

            snatches and cleans

                  jesus christ, first time doing safety squat bar squats and these were fucking different for sure. Real weird and felt about a plate heavier than regualr squats.

                  calves x 3 sets
                  biceps x 4 sets


                  good workout and my ass is killing me, safety bar squats felt like 100% glute recruitment.
