    How would you guys incorporate DC style training with strongman events training, in a split?

    I was thinking about doing the 2 way, with events on Saturday, but that seems to be too much

    I love DC training and the size I put on from it, but want to make the switch from bodybuilding to strongman.

    I did strongman before, when I was younger. But can't remember, or come up with a good split

    How are you looking to set it up? You training three days a week,4 days week, how many? How is your recovery? How much work load can you handle? Obviously it won't be DC training, but it's easy to set something up using the principals if you have your goals and objectives laid out.
