    Do what you have to do, whether it be dropping cals or increasing cardio. Three weeks isn't much time to be wondering what you should do to lose that last little bit of fat. Something I like to add the last month is yohimbine. It seems to really help with that last stubborn bit of fat.

    yea bro..give it your best shot no matter what..leave nothing to chance..like pudge said..we can't give you exact advice unless we know how you look like..but just for your info..this was what i did..to get the last bit of fat off..i cycled my carbs..go one day high carbs..then go back down to normal diet..and whenever i cut carbs further..i up the fats..just for your reference...basics..but works just well for me..=)

    u are 3 wks out rite? then bust ur ass for the next 3 wks and get this as rite as u possibly can..bodybuilding is not something u just get ready for and show up on fight nite and hope for the best.... No No, u do everything in ur power to come in ready for war...send me those pics, let me take a good look at u...let us here at IM get u ready for war...Dont look at it as a competition, but as the clash of the titans....send me those pics asap...i want u to do good....

    I hear what you are saying pudge will get the wife to take some pics tonight. This is my 1st show and really am just kind of winging it. I guess for me I am not where I would like to be at currently, but like you said can't get a good assessment of what to do with out having a visual.

    well, we cant tell u unless we know what u look like...my show was this past saturday, and 2 wks out from the show i was still on 150-200g of carbs until i started depleting 3 days out from the show...thats because my bodyfat was so low that if i dropped anymore weight i would lose muscle and come in to flat...so if u could, put up some pics of ur physique so we could give u a better assessment on what do to..or suggestions on what to do...its ur contest prep, u make the rules...hehe

    Fat Reduction

    Hey guys I am in my last 3 weeks and needing to get some of my last little bit of fat off. I do cardio everyday for about 45 minutes w/thermogenic, and I am my carb intake is no more than 125. Should I start dropping carbs down some more or just cycle them from here on out until last week. Any suggestions and tips would be great.
