When selecting foods to shitload with...are there any certain foods you guys stay away from?
I was thinking I should stay away from dairy (ice cream and cheese)...to avoid extra bloating.
What about white bread (breadsticks)? Pizza? Fatty Beef (cheeseburgers)? Cream cheese deserts (icing, cheescake)? Premade Cookie dough?
Things I was planning on:
waffles, pancakes, syrup, hashbrowns, ketchup, pop tarts, brownies, krispy kremes, flavored instant oatmeal.
