  • Shitloading Question

    When selecting foods to shitload with...are there any certain foods you guys stay away from?

    I was thinking I should stay away from dairy (ice cream and cheese)...to avoid extra bloating.

    What about white bread (breadsticks)? Pizza? Fatty Beef (cheeseburgers)? Cream cheese deserts (icing, cheescake)? Premade Cookie dough?


    Things I was planning on:

    waffles, pancakes, syrup, hashbrowns, ketchup, pop tarts, brownies, krispy kremes, flavored instant oatmeal.

    I used Maalox along with my trial run last weekend. Worked like a charm. Those foods sound good.

    Keeping protein fairly low is a good idea, too.

    We'll be on the road, man. I'll see ya at the weigh-ins!!!

          I try to avoid dairy due to lactose sensitivity. All else on your list looks good except the oatmeal, I avoid it due to having to add water to mix it up.

            BW, yep, I'd stay away from the dairy. I can't see that it offers any advantages. The breakfast food and Krispy Kremes sound perfect...

                hey BW...i also stay away from anything with dairy in it...I like sticking to foods like pasta with red sauce, pop tarts, natures valley granola bars, raisin bread, gilda cookies, and filet mignon just to keep some protein in there...

                i always shitload during my diet with krispy kremes and other jelly type donuts....but for some reason im scared to eat them rite before the show...dont know why, but whatever...

                Hey BW, good luck and monitor urself in the mirror every 15 minutes after eating anything...i wish u the best my friend..
