Are there any rules on what colors to wear in p.j. ?

I have a black pair and a red pair. I like my red ones better, but I think I read somewhere that black is recommended for p.j.

What do you all think?

PREJUDGING

Attire

During the prejudging a solid color suit will be worn. Suits of metallic nature are not allowed. There will be no "T" suits or "G" strings worn. The style of suit that will be worn at the actual competition must be worn at the weigh-in especially at all National competitions. No jewelry or hair ornaments will be allowed at either prejudging or the evening competition. Numbers will be on the left side of the suit.

You want your physique to grab everyone's eye - not your trunks.

I always recommend dark color trunks for pre judge to whoever I work with. Skip is right on the money. Bright colors distract from the physique display. Whatever
color you like for evening show (stay away from fluorescent pink, lol).

Always good to have 2 pair in each color. Have been at shows where competitor
trunks ripped. Or a sloppy pro tan applier also did the trunks. Be prepared for
any contingency.

As to jewelry, none is allowed to be worn on stage except wedding rings. So I
always recommend bringing as little jewelry as possible.

I even remove my wedding ring as I pulled it off accidently once doing the side-tricep pose because of the oil on my hands.
