Hey everyone, I'm a newbie on this board and found it to be very informational. Although not as much traffic as some of these other boards, there doesn't seem to be anyone other than hardcore competitive bodybuilders here. None of that smack talking, and b.s. stuff you get from guys that probably cant even bench their own weight! LOL Anyways, i introduced myself on another thread but i thought since i was looking for advice on my cycle for an upcoming NPC show this December, I thought this section would be more appropriate.
Here's what my tentative cycle looks like so far:
weeks 1-7: 900mg of cyp; 600mg of deca (per week)
weeks 8-14: 900mg of enan; 700mg of primo (per week)
weeks 15-20: 50mg of prop;75mg of tren;50mg of winny (per day)
weeks 1-18: HGH at 4ius/day
-Probably will drop the prop two weeks out and add halos
-Arimidex, Proviron, Nolvadex accordingly(not sure). Trying to get some Femara as i've heard it doesn't lower IGF1 levels.
The first 5 weeks of this cycle, i wont be dieting as i am going to start my diet 15 weeks out. Some of you might wonder why i have primo in there rather than something like EQ. I tried it once and didn't get much out of it. I don't know if it was because it was QV, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and i don't want to chance it with my precontest cycle. I'd rather pay more and know i'm getting quality stuff.
I'm 5'8" and should be right around 235 when i start my diet and i'm shooting for light heavyweight at 195ish.
I hope i don't get flamed for my ignorance...i'm just looking for advice from veteran competitors.
