  • starting to drop weight fast

    2 weeks after the addition of GH T3 and Clen and cardio to my program, my weight is stripping off...6 lbs in two weeks......a little too fast? (I was 10%BF 2 weeks ago @ 258)

    Im taking in about 3100 cals= 220carb 420 pro....lets here it guys , what do you think?

    I just found out the date of my first show...I just gain a couple weeks, now I have 16 weeks to go.....

    Putting all of those things in at the same time is not a great idea - no offense, bro. I would say if you are dropping that quickly, dump the cardio and don't put it back in until the numbers slow down. There are plenty of guys that when they are on clen for 2 weeks, can't do cardio for the same reason - they simply drop too quickly. Now, you could offset this by increasing your calories, too. I always prefer to do less work than to bump the calories but it is personal preference more than anything.

    I would say dropping 3 a week for two weeks isn't all that bad but I wouldn't let it continue for much longer, either.

      I checked my calories, theyre at 3400.
      Im done with the clen, Im using it 1 week on 1 week off. The T3 is @ 80mcg and I'll be lowering that soon. I'll cut cardio to 3-4 times per week at the most.

      I was starting to feel stagnant the all of a sudden things stated kicking in.... I have had problems in the past with "run away fat loss" during a diet. I guess I was getting impatient, Thanx for the input.

        I have fast drops to and skip will back that. LOL

        like last week I was doing HIT cardio and lost about 5lbs but started the clen this week so I went back to just walking for 30min. I agree slow down the cardio and let the diet and AAS do the work

          I did just that tonight....

          I get a xtrainer delivered to the house tommorow.... maybe Ill hang some clothes on it!

          I may post some pics next week. unless I drop 15 or 20 lbs by then...jeeeeez

              Ditto on Skips comments.

              You're eating very little for a guy of your size. That, plust cardio and all the goodies is a LOT. Also, I think you are coming down from an all-time high in terms of bodyweight, which means that you have the tendency to drop faster, especially at the start.

                  I think Randy was refering to me coming off my all time heaviest, which is true. As well as all the bloat from the slin back in Jan... Should I be eating more than 3400 cals? I may infact be eating closer to 3700 ( I dont always count that little tblspn of Pbutter now and then...)

                  Im not hungry most of the time, I eat 8X per day...I do spend a lot of time just standing and staring into the pantry saying" Damn I want something!"

                      I have the reverse problem here. My g/f is all turned on now that I'm alot leaner, but the prep has me so focused that I have virtually no sex drive...It also might be the femera?? Anyway she is getting pissed cuz I would rather go to sleep then do my duty.
