hey kidrok,im 5weks out fom first show what are some of the things i should be taking out of my diet?for example dairy,pasta ect

I eliminate all dairy at 16 weeks out as well as breads and wheat products, pasta usually goes around that time also. You should mainly use oatmeal, rice, potatos, chicken, turkey, possibly lean red meat (depends on your conditioning and metabolism), eggs & egg whites, good protein powder supplements such as whey isolate, etc......
