  • Does anyone have their diet on their computer?

Hey guys. I don't compete, but I would like to go through someone contest prep phase.

Recap of my history. I was a twig (150-160 lbs at 6'1") most of my life up until around 5-6 years ago. I have put on 60 lbs, most of which has been over the last 2.5 years, but I have never been below 13% bf in that time. I am around 15-16% now. I was doing pretty good 2 months ago and then had to deal with my mom in Hospice and then her death. I had to stop my cutting cycle short due to that as well. All this has past and I need to get back on track. I am currently sitting at 205.

I guess I just need to refocus, but since I stopped all AAS until I have time to fully recover, I need help formulating a solid plan.

    Any takers???

for just daily routine 1 gallon per day is sufficient assuming you don't work in extreme heat all day.
The 2-3 gasllons a day is only really needed for final week of show prep to put the body into a natural state of diuersis......makes you loose water by diluting asnd depleting sodium within the body.

you wouldn't happen to have your training schedule available would you? obviously the poundages would be different for me, but the exercises and what days would be beneficial.

we can take this to PM's if you wish.....

ill be glad to help out if u need /want me to. i have all my eating plans written down for the last 3 years. i am very meticulus about what i eat so everything is planned out and written down to ensure i am making progress. I have done most all the different types of diet for bulking and cutting. If nothing else and u want some meal ideas and food combos to reach certian cals or whatever i have an exhaustive list. so hit me up if u want.
