  • 1 part, question, part 2 what you think....

    Like the title huh....the question is what do you guys pump up before going on stage......we all know you dont do abs, legs and calves any other no no's I have heard some say dont do shoulders b/c it smooths over the tie in w/arm....lets hear some opinions on this....

    Part 2:
    Alright I plan on doing 2 shows this spring 2 weeks apart my game plan is win the overall jr. in 1st show eat like a pig sat night and all day sun. hit the gym on mon for only cardio 6 days that week (watching water so I dont get water rebound too bad) absolutely no resistance training the same week after 1st show the sun following 1st show will be 1 week from other carb deplete sun-tues I will have to watch my wt. on this one though b/c I will be doing open and go in trying diff water technique I am going to do a water load rather than a taper! I am putting all my eggs in hat for 1st show and 2nd show is just b/c and I was asked to do it also what you smart folks think....

    well I need to pump my calfs up because they SUCK LOL

      I do very little because it only takes a pose or 2 to be fully pumped. Usually just pushups, some light db curls, maybe some lateral raises and some sitting leg-lifts because I like the abs to feel tight. I will only do 1 or 2 sets of just enough to feel warm.

        have someone use a hair drier on you. Warms up skin and brings out viens a bit.

          unless the room you're all pumping up in has 2 or 3 guys with hairdryers and spot lights plugged in also so that the circuit breakers keep popping off! lol
