Ephedra and contest time

Curious if any competirors take ephedra on contest day. I still take a few thermos ed, more out of force of habit. What would be the risks of taking them the morning of the show....obviously my body is used to it, and it may help keep me fired-up. Any water concerns? comments?

I take them didnt see any water sides from them...I dont see a problem in it.....
