My weigh in is only 2 hours before the prejudging. How much different will carb up be?

depends on how close to the weight limit you are. What I've found is that as long as water is cut you can still munch on some carbs without "gaining weight". Just keep it to things like rice cakes. -
I carb up all day on Wed. and for half of Thursday, after carb-depleting for Sun-Tues. (for a Sat) show. I think that you want to avoid the carbs in order to avoid water retention on Friday and for the most part on Sat. as well. There are sodium-free rice cakes by Quaker that are apple-cinnamon flavored!

Seriously, when you say the above, are you concerned that you'll weight more than 198.25 at weighin's?... I'd guess not - you'll be carbed up then, but you'll be DRY, too. Plus, there are those last lovely weeks of dieting...
