  • What do y'all do for assistance lifts?

    Should assistance work be rotated, like every other week? or should do you use the same movement for extended periods? For example.... Week 1 bar rows. Week 2 Kroc rows. Week 3. Bar rows. Week 4. Kroc rows......

    Just looking for options and opinions and to see what works for people.

        Indeed it is. Was a real light bulb, no shit, how did I miss that moment!

        It would be awesome if they released a LTT seminar on DVD. I doubt it though, as nl doubt they would say it wasnt fair on the people who paid for the actual seminar

            I rotate once I stall which seems to happen around a month to two months depending upon the exercise. There are some compound accessory lifts I almost always do some variation of.
