Hell yes... It's a great edition to any lifters library (though the main audience is powerlifting) if you have a kindle you can get that version (if you don't go to the App Store download the kindle app for I phone for free) and you can get it (among others) for like 9 bucks...
It's a great book... Brandon lilly talks big eating how to lift (raw and geared) how to cycle leading up to a meet how to eat (big... Very big) conditioning and talks about his opinion on the status of how powerlifting in America has gotten weak and gear dependent (lifting gear that is) it's motivational and well worth it IMO... I look forward to implementing it into my own training later on

Sorry but I see the 5/3/1 much closer to DC. I am almost done with my first wave of the cube. So far i like it. Definitely different though.

Brandon Lilly states you CAN'T miss reps it requires the same sort of mental drive DC does. Dante has us beating the Log book. Brnadon has us smashing reps
Its a mental focus you need to have if to work either program to its full extent

I got the first and the beyond 5/3/1 I'd say get the origional first... The beyond book goes off in a whole lot of diffrent templates... I vote get the first one and I got both (hey you can always get the others later the kindle app makes em cheap lol)

i liekd the cube method. Gave me more to think about. At baseline, it doesn't beat the lifter up as much as I found 531 did. But again i say at baseline, because if 531 is done properly, you vary the intensity and which sets you take to failure based off knowing your body, which many lifters when starting these types of programs do not.
