  • My so called resume lol

a few of your guyzzz aksed fo sum posting, lol
idk, ill lead of with a resume of sorts

    im 6'7
    342 currently
    23 yrs old
2001 apa state bench record holder 525(junior)
2002 did several push pull meets in ohio in west lafayette, won em all, best bench in these meets were 545 in a dbl denim open, best DL was 600, i was a 308r at this time
2002 IPA ironhouse classic, bench only, bombed with 555 opener, i cut from 329 to 306 in 12hrs.
    2003 apf state champ(junior)
    2003 apf national champ(junior)
2003 steel city bench bash for cash, took 2nd place with a 600(metal dbl poly open back) to gene the machine rychlak. this is the meet he did 925 i think i cant remember the number but it was a WR of all time.
2004 apf metal militia mark rexroad memorial meet, bomb in a dbl denim, even with BillCs help, im a failure, lol

started "working out" at 16 in HS for football, but got injured every year so i didnt play, but did throw shot and discus and sometimes javelin if i knew i could place high enuff to get the team some points.
my best squat in HS was 5even, not even close to paralell
best HS bench was 315, with ass WAY up off the bench, lol
didnt DL, but did the clean and jerk for sets of 3 rep maxes, best there was 365
i graduated a fat sloppy piece of shit, with 2 bad knees and a busted ankle
started training when i was 19 fairly consistantly, then slacked off for work purposes.
then at the ripe age of 20 i entered my first meet after a 5 week crash course in benching from jamie harris, lol, hit 525 and almost skull crushed 550, my body weight was estimated at 370.
this meet was in a frantz dbl denim closed back.
my diet for this meet was 1 drol a day(4 weeks) i bag of soft batch cookies a day and as much other food as i could eat, my philosophy, get big bench alot of weight. i figured harris was near 4bills, i needed to be, ESP since he was abt a foot shorter, lol
ill continue later tho, im tired for tonite
    :iagree:
i always agree with what i say

    Freak-

I gotta say, those are some impressive numbers especially for a guy that is 6'7". On all of the lifts you have to move the weight a really long way.....

Can we change your screen name to "Baby Hewie" or something? Impressive. My powerlifting resume is like your football career in high school. Strange. I guess doing overloads with a grand can start some wear and tear. LOL

                now for my sports stats
i recently did a NFL combine camp in baltimore
this was done in july, under max heat out doors, but
for the previous two days they had torrential downpours so the turf field was SOAKED through
i went to the camp a Dline tackle
                336.7lb
6'6 30/32(they measure u to the 32nd of an inch

225 bench for reps was the first test for linemen, i lay down on their bench and its a joke, i get to 12 reps and the 3 piece bench falls apart, the head piece falls off completely, and i smack my head off 2 2" box steel beams. i get told to take a minute and ill go again in 2 turns, NOT at the the end of the line, but in 2 people
so i wrap my wrists, lay back down and proceed to nail 32 EASY reps, then just die. so i ask the instructor, my total is 44 right when he sez no i go ballistic.
in no way did I keep ANY sort of composure. i figured since they made me go so quickly, that my reps would count towards the next series of benches.
i was #1 in the camp so far, for every position. good start to the day

                vertical jump test
first, not to bitch, but the takeoff platform was NOT level, but i managed a 36.5 vertical, and this again was the best linemen vertical at this years camps.

                40yd dash
as i said before, it rained for 2 full days prior to this camp, so the turf was slippery as hell, i ended up running a 5.31, i have run many lazer timed 4.9s so i can ONLY attribute it to the wetness of turf. and the fact i forgot my turf shoes. lol

                20yd short shuttle
4.75 fast as hell for a lineman

                L pattern footwork drills
i smoked every fool there on these lol

one on ones-each person, 3 plays
we went up against the O lineman for this, now keep in mind that we have been taped thruout this entire day, and this was the make or break time, i went up against 3 O linemen, smoked em all, then the coach calls over one of the biggest men of 6'4 i have ever seen, a 3 year retiree of the ravens comes to make me look a fool, lol, he beat me on the first play, the next 2 i make him my bitch.

then no sooner than 3 days after the camp i start getting calls, but i have no game films, so its now off to college at 23 to smoke some fuckin kids and make myself a killer on either O or D, depends where the team needs me
                frk

You know FREAK, there was a fellow that played at East Carolina and went on to the Pittsburgh Steelers by the name of Terry Long that was a freshman at the age of 23 or so. He made all america and was the strongest lineman in college, later in the NFL. He was at ECU in the mid eughties or so.....

Good luck to you man. Your size, strength, and speed...yeah, I can see why your s/n is freak, lol.

...didn't Terry also commit suicide from chronic depression? Also, he was very short. He had close to a 900 deadlift. You have all the advantages. The rumor against Terry was that drugs messed him up. Who knows.

Iknow he tried to commit suicide...I don't know if he actually did or not.

Seemed to me when the NFL got tougher on AAS testing he started losing his dominance over others....and who knows what kind of rec drugs may have been consumed (remember the cowboys from that era, lol).

I think he benched 545 or so in college. Yes, he was short. I think he was a marine before he went to college.
