    My boy set a PR tonight with an 805 RAW pull and we still have 11 weeks until the meet :first:

          Good stuff... I love raw PL especially when the guys are in shape (which they tend to be).

            I am going to go out on a limb here and say that Stan Efferding is one of the top 10 strongest bald, goateed, powerlifting, professional bodybuilders in California.

                      Very nice. I am really anxious to see if Lillebridge stays health and can catch him. Guys lifting 800 like that is just awesome.
