    Hey guys,

    I'm currently in Puerto Rico conducting research and the location I am in does not have a gym. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to at least continue strength training and conditioning without access to weights. I'm only here for 9 more weeks and then I will have access to weights again.

      That's about it my man. Find a park and maybe you can find rings for variety. You can look on YouTube and fun a million variations of each of the exercises.
