  • New To Powerlifting

    Decided to try my hand at powerlifting. I'm doing a small local meet here in Japan tomorrow. Since weigh-ins are tomorrow evening, prior to lifting, I will likely weigh in at 260-265lbs. The following is a list of projected lifts as well as a video taken of me doing 475lbs and 505lbs bench:

    Squats
    1st: 585lbs
    2nd: 600lbs
    3rd: 610lbs

    Bench
    1st: 475lbs
    2nd: 505lbs
    3rd: 515lbs

    Deads
    1: 585lbs
    2: 605lbs
    3: 615lbs
