      Awesome vid man.

      I have spent the last year or so front squatting my balls off. This one particular exercise has drastically increased all of my other lifts.

      Keep up the good work man!

        Thanks a lot man. I find that front squats help my other lifts as well, and are a great alternative to back squats to switch up in training.

        I started this training cycle couple of months ago at 275 for 4 and 315 for a single. By december looking to get 315 for 4-6 reps.

        Not sure about the vagina part though, maybe Im just not front squatting enough.
