    Welcome to my log for 2016.

    Short introduction:
    30 years old
    living in germany
    married with the best / hottest wife
    owner of a cool beagle called max

    training since ages (started with 14)
    have ever been a natural bodybuilder
    had a knee reconstruction in 2014 after an accident (outside of the gym)

    actual weight 180-184lbs
    height 178cm (5.8 feet)

          btw, longevity helped me in 2014 to get back on track (see attachment) and I´m still following your training guidelines of the training protocol you posted in the forum. thanks a lot for the helpful guidance you provide.

                  the party is still going on but now it is more a kind of private party. I am very happy about being now under the wings of skip. locking forward to provide some good progress pictures soon.
