Been around here and there......Had some health issues this year battling low Iron and recently super low T, now on TRT and getting back on schedule.
I coach youth football M-T-W-F and games on Saturdays, my wife works out in the morning which allows me to get 30 minutes of cardio only when we have my step daughter every other week and can't train at night right now so lunch time it is which forces me to cut the fluff.
